Job Summary

Program Manager
Norcross GA. Hybrid 1 day a week onsite
Permanent Position

Responsibilities:

Lead customer workshops and guide solution adoption through deployment and production.
Manage multiple projects to ensure on-time on-budget delivery.
Act as a customer advocate build trusted relationships and provide executive-level communication.
Coordinate with internal teams partners and subcontractors to drive positive outcomes.
Exposure to SaaS and security would be nice to have but not required.
Consulting experience is a plus.

Requirements:

5 years in project management or customer success.
Experience working with senior leadership.
IT/security background; firewall knowledge a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Compensation:
$110k to $125k
