Application Engineer / Inside Sales Engineer / Technical Support Engineer
An Application Engineer / Inside Sales Engineer / Technical Support Engineer is required to join a well-established and growing provider of industrial filtration solutions. The role will support technical sales and customer applications across oil & gas manufacturing and wider process industries.
The Application Engineer / Inside Sales Engineer / Technical Support Engineer will ideally have an engineering degree or hands-on mechanical experience. Experience in preparing proposals and ensuring the successful delivery of engineered solutions.

Application Engineer / Inside Sales Engineer / Technical Support Engineer Role
- Assess customer application needs and recommend tailored filtration and process solutions.
- Provide technical support to field sales representatives and prepare accurate technical proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure product selection documentation and project execution meet client requirements.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for customer applications.
- Assist in developing technical content for training and marketing purposes.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industrial filtration principles industry regulations and new technologies.
Application Engineer / Inside Sales Engineer / Technical Support Engineer Requirements
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical Chemical Industrial or related) or equivalent technical background.
- 13 years experience in an engineering applications or technical support role.
- Background in industrial filtration oil & gas process systems or mechanical equipment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
- Must be commutable within Pennsylvania
