About The Opportunity

The Estimator will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and high-quality estimates for both residential and commercial building projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Manage end-to-end roofing repairs ensuring QBCC/HBCF compliance.
Coordinate trades suppliers and teams with clear work orders.
Track project progress budgets and milestones to meet SLAs.
Review insurance scopes and reports with 95% accuracy.
Prevent backlog while driving workflow efficiency.
Represent our client professionally while meeting targets.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

23 years experience in project management construction or repair
Knowledge of roofing systems repair processes and QBCC/HBCF compliance.
Proficient in project management tools Google Suite and communication platforms.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
Detail-oriented proactive with strong stakeholder and problem-solving skills.
Team-focused energetic and solutions-driven with a positive attitude.
