As a Sr. Principal IT Business Systems Analysis supporting Alcons Supply Chain and Warehouse function you will be trusted to lead the development and implementation of strategic IT systems that align with business needs. You will drive the technical direction of IT systems and mentor other analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Make high-level decisions regarding the technical direction and design of IT systems working closely with senior leadership to define the strategic direction for business systems and technology solutions
• Lead the design and implementation of complex IT systems that meet business needs
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to business analysts and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure IT solutions align with long-term business strategies
• Oversee the integration of IT systems with existing business processes and systems
• Drive continuous improvement in IT systems analysis ensuring solutions are scalable and innovative
• Directly impact the design and execution of critical IT systems that support business growth
• Play a key role in shaping the future of business systems within the organization

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school15 yrs; Assoc.11 yrs; M.S.4 yrs; PhD3 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• Demonstrated experience leading integrations between SAP automation systems and transportation management systems (TMS) using integration tools such as SAP PI (Process Integration) MuleSoft and/or Boomi
• Ability to design implement and support end-to-end integration solutions connecting warehouse management transportation and automation platforms with enterprise systems
• Experience managing integration projects troubleshooting interface issues and ensuring data consistency and process automation across platforms
• Strong understanding of integration best practices middleware configuration and API management in a global supply chain environment
• Demonstrated experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Logistics or Supply Chain application experience in operational or implementation role in a global environment or in business consultancy
• Experience in interfacing third party logistic providers (3PL) warehouse management / warehouse control systems with SAP ECC is an advantage
• Experience in designing and supporting warehouse automation capabilities (Knapp Auto Store Geek) is preferred
• Proven Experience leading/supporting processes with desire for simplification and standardization detailed process analysis and design system architecture technology standards CSV GXP and SOX requirements knowledge of Supply Chain practices or Application implementation practices and procedures
• Able to conceptualize and articulate a solution within the existing framework of functionality and future needs of the business
• Knowledge of Agile DevOps and Waterfall methodologies and adherence to these methodologies
