About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tenancy and Customer Service Officer to support the functions of the MLAHMC tenancy team in Dubbo. This role is integral to ensuring tenants receive high-quality service and that tenancy administration is managed effectively.

Youll be responsible for supporting day-to-day tenancy administration and providing excellent customer service to tenants and colleagues. Training will be provided on our systems and housing processes so a willingness to learn is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare tenancy documentation and complete associated data entry tasks
  • Manage incoming calls and provide timely triaging of tenancy-related enquiries
  • Keep tenant information updated in Chintaro
  • Prepare and send inspection notification letters
  • Distribute rent and tenant statements
  • Assist with maintaining tenant files including NCAT (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal) documentation
  • Support tenants in applying for Commonwealth Rent Assistance where applicable
  • Provide general administrative and customer service support to the Tenancy Team Leader and wider team

About You
To succeed in this role you will bring:

  • Proven administration experience in an office environment
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)Experience using tenancy systems (Chintaro experience highly regarded but training can be provided)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus
  • High attention to detail organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Someone keen to build their skills in administration and customer service
