Who are we looking for

We are seeking a curious and service-minded Student Assistant to join our Support team in this entry-level role youll support coaches and their clients by answering product questions and reporting issues while gaining first-hand experience in how a fast-growing SaaS company operates.

This is a practical role where youll learn by doing whether its troubleshooting issues documenting solutions or sharing feedback with Product teams. Success means being open to learning taking ownership of your work and contributing to our open collaborative team culture. Youll be supported by experienced teammates as you develop skills that can shape your future career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for coaches clients and colleagues with product-related questions.
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce issues escalating to Engineering when needed.
  • Keep our knowledge base and documentation current and accurate.
  • Share feedback and insights to improve the coach and client experience.
  • Work closely with peers in Support while building connections with Product and Customer Success teams.

Working hours

This role requires 15-20 hours per week with flexibility to accommodate study schedules. Some weekend work will occasionally be required. This is a hybrid role with some in office presence required.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English (spoken and written); Swedish is a plus!

The Team

Youll join our Support Engineering team of 16 colleagues split between Copenhagen and New York supporting three products: Zenfit Beefit and Lenus. This role is part of the Lenus sub-team in Copenhagen working closely with Product and Commercial.

We value shared ownership collaboration and open feedback where all ideas are welcome no matter where they come from. As Support Engineers we work closely with Product and Engineering helping them move quickly while ensuring a great experience for our coaches.

We stay connected through weekly team meetings and cross-team knowledge sharing while also making space for focused independent work. For you this is an opportunity to build a strong foundation in Support Engineering and Product with senior teammates supporting your growth every step of the way.
