Description:
We are hiring for our client a leading business based in Crossmaglenn who are seeking to appoint a Graduate IT Support Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or an early-career IT professional (up to 3 years experience) who wants to develop hands-on expertise in IT support troubleshooting and networking within a highly successful organisation. This Graduate IT Support Technician role will involve supporting all on-site IT equipment assisting with troubleshooting and set up as well as configuring Industrial PLCs to the network. A background in IT support will be highly beneficial alongside a proactive and problem-solving approach.

The Role:
Provide day-to-day support for all IT equipment across the site
Troubleshoot configure and maintain IT hardware and software
Assist with setting up and maintaining industrial PLCs on the network
Support system upgrades installations and technical projects
Ensure minimal downtime and provide responsive support to site teams

The Person:
IT-related degree (or equivalent qualification/experience)
Graduate level to 3 years relevant IT support experience
Knowledge of networking troubleshooting and system set up
Strong problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
