Job Summary

Introduction

Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experiencedFMCG Application Sales Support Administratorwho will be responsible for providingexpert end user supportfor their FMCGApplication an integrated suite of applications empowering principals and the sales agents. This role involvesproviding product trainingsupporting principal and sales agent users as well asengaging with tier 2 & 3 support to resolve issues.

Must have Matric/Grade 12 with a relevantBDegree (Business/Commerce)and at least 2-3 years direct experience in FMCG Application support.Salesforceexperience would be an advantage. Must have own vehicle.
