Financial: Set own and achieve bookings sales profitability and meet project execution targets for PRM business in Japan.
Organizational: Deliver the financial results meeting/exceeding targets.
Sales Management: Plan strategies and resources to deliver monthly order targets. If necessary represent Japan in monthly POR meetings to discuss actual and projected bookings and sales.
Key Account development: Identify key customer (End User/EPC/OEM) and develop strategies to drive the Emerson status to become preferred vendor.
Collaboration with other functions (SOM QA/QC Operational Planner) :-

Lifecycle business: Work closely with the lifecycle team to address customer issues and ensure prompt resolution. Develop joint strategies with AP to grow the lifecycle services business.
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 810 years of experience in industrial sales preferably in process automation or related fields with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Strategic Planning Skills: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies resource planning and forecasting to meet monthly and annual financial goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with internal teams such as operations quality assurance and planning to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in identifying and developing relationships with key customers (End Users EPCs OEMs) with the ability to position the company as a preferred vendor.
Lifecycle Business Acumen: Understanding of lifecycle services and ability to work with service teams to resolve customer issues and grow recurring business opportunities.
Strong communication skills in Japanese with entry to intermediate proficiency in English for internal and external coordination.
Solid business insight and the ability to make strategic decisions aligned with market and organizational goals.
Willingness to travel domestically as required to support customer engagement and business development.
