Job Summary

We are seeking an organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to Brand Marketing and Communications this role you will work closely with lead and our management team to ensure that the day-to-day operations of our business run smoothly and efficiently.

The team

As a personal assistant you support primarily the Brand Marketing and Communications Lead and then the Management team and the department for general inquiries . You are part of the Business Management & Operations team and you work closely with the other members of the team. Your main responsibilities will be calendar management and planning and organising and ensuring that the Lead is well prepared for the variety of daily activities including travel. You also have an administrative role in for example Workday processes e-profit and Ibuy.

  • You are enthusiastic and proactive personal assistant who can plan and organise effectively.

  • You find it important to strive for delivering quality in your work. You enjoy working in a team and you are accurate stress-resistant and flexible and you have a personality that allows you to quickly make contacts both within and outside ING.

  • You are a proactive organiser who knows how to distinguish main issues from side issues. You are honest and know how to handle confidential information.

We are looking for a team member with the following knowledge and experience:

  • Bachelors degree in office management or secretarial education

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Good organisational and time-management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
