As a Senior Director Services EMEA & APAC at Emburse you will own the full post-sales customer journey across our European and Australian markets. This includes Professional Services Managed Services and Customer Success with a focus on delivering exceptional implementations creating long-term recurring value and ensuring customer outcomes that drive retention growth and profitability.
What Youll Do
- Define and execute the regional services strategy to deliver world-class customer experiences with measurable business impact.
- Build lead and mentor a high-performing multi-country team across Professional Services Managed Services and Customer Success.
- Manage the Professional Services P&L driving revenue growth delivery efficiency and margin improvement.
- Expand and optimize Managed Services offerings to deliver recurring value and annuity revenue streams.
- Ensure implementation excellence delivery quality and scalable methodologies across markets and customer segments.
- Collaborate with global product sales and finance leaders to align services strategy with corporate objectives.
- Partner with system integrators and channel alliances to expand delivery capacity pursue new growth opportunities and co-sell implementation packages.
- Drive operational excellence through the implementation of playbooks metrics and platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
What Were Looking For
- 15 years of experience in B2B software (preferably SaaS) with a proven track record leading Professional Services Customer Success and/or Managed Services organizations.
- Strong domain expertise supporting the Office of the CFO in areas such as expense management travel technologies and payments.
- Demonstrated success scaling services and success motions across SMB mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing P&L revenue growth and margin optimization.
- Proven ability to collaborate with partners and channel ecosystems to deliver services and drive joint growth opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a global matrixed environment.
