Night Operations
Now hiring 2nd shift; part-time positions available; will include some weekends
RTS is building a strong team of hardworking people who want to find a purpose in their work support each other in the process and #BeTheSolution every day. Were growing and looking for customer service representatives to support our hardworking account executives. These entry-level positions can be part-time or full-time and you must be able to work 2nd shift. For FT this position includes benefits like insurance and a gym membership stipend. Key Responsibilities
- Lots of phone calls and emails with a wide range of personalitiespatience and people skills are essential.
- Reviewing shipping loads entering data accurately into various systems and maintaining detailed records.
- Be reliable and helpful to coworkers and customerseven beyond your specific role.
- Youll need to catch small mistakes before they become big ones.
- Learn and use proprietary systems (youll be trained).
- Jump in where neededeven if its not your job.
- This is a high-energy fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- Friendly and clear on phone and email.
- Basic computer literacy and eagerness to learn new systems.
- You should be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook.
- Kind collaborative and dependable.
- Think The Flash speed with a calm attitude.
- Keep track of tasks manage your time and own your mistakes.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
