Overview
As the Executive Assistant New York Operations you will be responsible for administrative and clerical tasks assigned by our Executive addition you will processes manual and computer generated reports as required maintain executive calendars coordinate schedules make airline and hotel reservations coordinates special projects and correspond with current and prospective clients as directed.
- Maintains Executive Officer calendars and advises of schedule
- Generates sales marketing and billing reports
- Develop travel itineraries inclusive of airline reservations flight connections hotel reservations and car rentals
- Coordinates and assembles sales and marketing materials for perspectives clients
- Arranges meetings conferences and special events
- Maintain project plans outlines meeting notes and task lists
- Maintains confidential files inclusive of company financial records and privileged correspondence
- Conduct business in a professional and courteous manner
- Performs all other duties as assigned by executive management
- Act as a leader within the company
- All other duties assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven telephone customer service and communication skills
- Working knowledge of personal computer and various software products (i.e. Word Excel PowerPoint and Access)
- Previous administrative or project management experience
- Typing speed of 60 wpm with 99% accuracy
