Job Summary

We are now looking for District Sales Manager in West India for our Packaging & Hygiene Solutions Business Unit. This position will be based in West India.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • To Meet customer and introduce Kemira products
  • To get trial order and establish kemira products
  • To convert trial order into regular order
  • To Manage the manpower in customer site and effectively optimize the chemical dosages
  • To send regular monthly performance reports to the customers ad also the kemira team
  • To do sales analysis comparison market share data etc.
  • To give IBP forecast
  • To grow business for kemira in the western region
  • Maintain good customer relations and achieve highest customer satisfaction levels

What youll bring to the team:

  • Ideally requiring > 10 years proven Sales & Marketing experience within the Pulp & Paper Industry with a key focus on the Indian market.
  • Sales and Commercial proven experience
  • Team leadership experience is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Team cooperation skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Good Customer Relationship Management Skills
  • A positive attitude to building a business
