Job Summary and Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing team to devise and implement individualized end of life care plans for patients
  • Administer medications change dressings monitor vital signs and chart with timely documentation
  • Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals to deliver empowered end of life care
  • Communicate with patients and their loved ones while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment

Job Requirements

What Youll Need

  • Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited program college or university
  • 1 year experience as a registered nurse preferred
  • Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state where you live
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
