Job Summary

Location: Harrisburg PA - Local Residents only
Position Type: Hybrid
Hybrid Schedule: One week onsite a month
Long-Term Contract: 1 year extensions

Position Overview:
The Lead Scrum Master will guide the Agile delivery of ServiceNow initiatives ensuring projects are executed on time within scope and aligned with client priorities. This role facilitates communication between stakeholders and delivery teams while removing roadblocks and driving best practices for high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in enterprise IT or ServiceNow projects.
Strong experienceof Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Demonstrated ability to manage risks clear roadblocks and ensure timely delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II).

Preferred Skills:

PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
Experience with ServiceNow delivery best practices and cross-functional team coordination.
Prior experience in government or large-scale enterprise environments.

Duties:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Proactively identify risks and clear roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow solutions (Employee Center Enterprise Architecture or other modules).
Serve as the communication bridge between client leadership developers and functional consultants.
Ensure quality and alignment of deliverables with client priorities and business needs.
Promote Agile best practices and ServiceNow delivery standards across the team.
Ensure documentation testing and knowledge transfer are integrated into each sprint.
Track progress manage metrics and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
