Job Summary

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
1-3 years of experience in software engineering AI or related domains.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
Familiarity with React Azure Functions and MongoDB.
Understanding of AI APIs such as OpenAI HuggingFace LangChain and Ava-Fusion.
Strong foundation in data structures algorithms and system design.
Awareness of UI/UX principles with the ability to build user-friendly interfaces.
Excellent communication adaptability and teamwork skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and consistently meet deadlines.
Experience with multi-agent systems swarm intelligence or reinforcement learning.
Exposure to EdTech gaming or AR/VR development.
Previous contributions to open-source AI projects.

Responsibilities:

Design develop test and deploy interactive AI modules including front-end and back-end integration.
Collaborate with AI engineers product managers and designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Contribute to the design of agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
Build innovative prototypes to test new features educational flows and market-facing AI tools.
Optimize the performance of micro-agents codex APIs and AI-driven UIs.
Document processes establish best practices and support cross-team knowledge sharing.
Deliver at least one production-ready AI workflow and multiple prototypes within the first six months.
Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in using AI tools.
