We are hiring at Phillips Chocolates (Dorchester). At Phillips Chocolates true artisanship and small batch production are rare and valued traditions ones that we have proudly followed since 1925.
We are seeking results driven customer focused candidates for our Sales Associate position. Our Sales Associates are at the heart of our team at Phillips Chocolates. They are passionate go-getters who care deeply about their community and team! They ensure every guest who enters our shop has a positive and memorable experience. They are visionaries who help us create ever-changing experiences that makes Phillips Chocolates the preferred destination for our communitys chocolate and confectionary needs. We are looking for people who LOVE chocolate and want to share their passion for it with others!

Specifically Sales Associates perform the following tasks:
- Drive sales through guest engagement suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Support achievement of shops performance targets by adjusting focus and priorities by the Operations Manager.
- Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout our guests visit.
- Process sales and fulfill orders in-shop or phone and process payments via our POS system.
- Assist with inventory including receiving product as well as stocking product.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
- Are a champion of Phillips Chocolate inside and outside of the shop.

Starting pay begins at $17.00/hr and can negotiate based on experience and skill level. This is a full-time SEASONAL position.
