What Youll Do
- Responsible for pipeline Management Sales & Revenue forecasting sales approach & strategy development and implementation.
- Establishing sales strategy and action plan to win new Agencies to achieve yearly profit target by offering AnyMind Group product
- Identifying and generating potential profitable business relationship / opportunities by studying integration of new growth areas and trends accompany with company strategies and operations; examining risk and potential and estimating partner needs and goals
- Empowering coaching delegating and retaining qualified members that will contribute to Company business
- Ensuring operational delivery and Department run as expected. Monitoring teams performance and projects execution within and cross Department
Who You Are
- Bachelor degree in background.
- 5 years of strong experience in digital advertising business along with 3 years as Managerial level. Strong connection with Brands.
- Proven direct selling experience to brand and agency marketing with have strong pipeline by yearly.
- Preferably someone has strong knowledge in Media Buying product Influencer and programmatic.
- Detailed-oriented number sensitive and innovative.
- Fluent in communicating in English is a must
