_{Zanesville-based PTs will rotate between Zanesville Somerset and New Concord clinics.}
_{Coshocton-based PTs will have a primary work location in Coshocton.}

_{Responsibilities}

_{Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan with physical therapy interventions tailored to individual needs}
_{Develop and implement care plans with specific measurable goals}
_{Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team patients and caregivers to optimize recovery and outcomes}
_{Maintain accurate documentation and records within the EPIC system}
_{Participate in staff meetings in-service training and continuing education}
_{Travel between designated clinic locations as required (if applicable)}

_{Qualifications}

_{Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program}
_{Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio}
_{BLS/BCLS certification required}
_{Experience in pediatrics ortho or neuro settings is preferred but not required}
