_{Position Summary:}

_{Under the direction of the Ultrasound Supervisor the Ultrasound Technologist assists radiologists and physicians by producing high-quality ultrasound scans to aid in patient diagnosis. This role requires providing care to adult pediatric and neonatal patients and ensuring accurate and effective use of the Radiology Information System (RIS) in compliance with departmental policies.}

_{Key Responsibilities:}

_{Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures and interpret image data for diagnostic use.}
_{Provide age-specific patient care ensuring comfort and safety during exams.}
_{Review and correlate patient history and clinical data to produce optimal diagnostic results.}
_{Maintain ultrasound lab equipment and ensure compliance with quality assurance and infection control standards.}
_{Record and manage statistical data and documentation as required.}
_{Participate in rotating on-call schedule.}
_{Demonstrate sound professional judgment discretion and ongoing competence in the field.}

_{Qualifications:}

_{Current ARDMS certification Required}
_{Minimum one year of ultrasound experience Preferred}
_{Demonstrated competency in providing ultrasound services across a range of patient populations (adult pediatric neonatal)}
