Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This role requires a high level of critical thinking adaptability and strong decision-making under pressure. The ideal candidate is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to emergency situations.

As an ER RN you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions from minor injuries to critical emergencies. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care in an efficient patient-centered setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department
Monitor patient conditions and perform triage as needed
Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
Communicate effectively with patients families and the healthcare team
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
Support a culture of safety teamwork and excellence

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year recent acute care experience in Emergency Room (ER) required
Valid RN license in the state of Florida multistate license or ability to obtain prior to start
Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start date
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 90 days of hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (or instructor) required within 90 days of hire
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (or instructor) required within 90 days of hire
