The opportunity
As a Presales Consultant in our Sales team you will play a pivotal role in supporting successful sales outcomes by ensuring client requirements are fully understood and accurately reflected in pre-sales activities.
Working closely with Senior Sales Executives Product Engineering and Professional Services youll tailor solution presentations and product demonstrations to client needsincluding more complex or technical requirements. This role acts as the bridge between whats promised in the sales process and what is ultimately delivered ensuring alignment clarity and a smooth handover to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging tailored product demonstrations that align with client requirements and address technical needs.
- Partner with Product Engineering and Professional Services to validate solutions confirm feasibility and prepare demo configurations.
- Assist Senior Sales Executives during client meetings respond to RFPs and anticipate client concerns with practical solutions.
- Ensure clear communication of requirements and solution scope to Professional Services supporting a seamless transition from sale to delivery.
- Record pre-sales activities client requirements and solution details in HubSpot to ensure visibility accuracy and continuity.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on recurring requirements refine demo environments and contribute to the evolution of pre-sales processes.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales business analysis or solution consulting within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products software implementation and client onboarding.
- Skilled at gathering documenting and analysing business and technical requirements.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Able to translate client needs into practical feasible solutions.
- Previous experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience using the aXcelerate platform will be highly regarded.
