Join Arc of Onondaga as a DSP Success Coach where your experience and leadership will guide newly hired Direct Support Professionals through the first crucial months of their this vital role you will provide hands-on personalized coaching and on-site training tailored to each staff members responsibilities challenges and work environment.
As a trusted mentor you will support new DSPs as they build confidence develop essential skills and embrace the values of high-quality support. Your work directly strengthens the overall care we provide to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities-empowering staff and enhancing lives across our community.

Requirements:
Valid NYS Drivers License
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
NADSP certification (Level 3 preferred)
Or a combination of education and experience equivalent to the above as determined by the employer
