Job Summary
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist CT
Location:Syracuse NY
Duration: 3 Months
Short Description
Seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist CT with Client or Toshiba CT experience.
Qualifications
A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
NYS License/Registration required.
1 year CT/MRI experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
Responsibilities
Perform radiographic examinations under the direction of departmental radiologists.
Greet patients explain procedures position properly and set accurate exposure factors to ensure high-quality imaging.
Practice appropriate radiation safety and protection protocols to minimize exposure.
Operate imaging equipment efficiently and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
Process films and enter data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) for documentation and billing.
Follow departmental procedures and protocols as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
Deliver high-quality radiologic examinations to meet the needs of referring physicians and radiologists.
Skills & Requirements
Radiology field experience: Minimum 1 year required.
Education: Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Radiologic Technology required.
Licensure/Registration: Valid NYS license/registration required.
