Overview
Opportunity: Senior Financial Analyst
Compile review analyze interpret and report historical current and projected financial data while working closely as a liaison between the accounting and other shared services departments to coordinate accurate and timely reporting needs among all departments.

Essential Job Functions
- Utilize reporting tools necessary to perform daily weekly and monthly tasks including all available technology.
Assist in implementing new tools reports and technology to analyze and report data needs among all departments.
Coordination of reporting to operations senior management and ownerships groups.
Train associate on the effective use of tools reports and technology used for analysis.
Develop maintain and support standard reporting templates and that support financial results.
Identify compile and report key performance metrics on a monthly basis.
Provide timely feedback to management on financial analysis for individual hotels regions or entire portfolio as assigned bymanagement.
Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear and precise data analysis to both senior leadership and third party ownership groups.
Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHMs EarthView program.
Practice safe work habits.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance preferably including analysis.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint.

- Required to sit for extended periods lift up to 10 pounds bend reach use hands and fingers to operate keyboard.
