Job Summary
Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist
for the site Borgo San Michele LT Italy

Your key responsibilities
- Lead the identification and execution of complex cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deploy advanced Lean tools and methodologies (e.g. Kaizen Events DMAIC A3 Problem Solving).
- Proactively identify and prioritize high-impact improvement areas aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a key contributor to the site or corporate Continuous Improvement strategy.
- Define KPIs and drive performance reviews related to improvement initiatives.
- Lead internal audits and continuous improvement assessments.
- Coach mentor and train colleagues at various levels to embed a culture of Operational Excellence.
- Serve as a point of reference for best practices and process standardization across functions.
- Operates with high autonomy; trusted to make decisions and lead initiatives independently impacts multiple departments or business units; may interface with senior leadership.
- Strong mentoring and coaching role; may act as a subject matter expert and leader of project teams.
Your profile
- Masters degree in Engineering Industrial Management Life Sciences or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence Lean Transformation or Continuous Improvement roles within structured organizations
- Minimum 5 years of proven CI experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification
- Fluent in English written and spoken
