Quality Assurance Assistant - Morehead KY. (Day Shift)

Rajant is seeking a Quality Assurance assistant to further the development of Rajants industry-leading mesh networking products.
OVERVIEW - This is what a successful candidate looks like:
- You understand that this position is full-time at our Morehead KY Office in-person.
- You have 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
- You have an understanding of quality assurance processes and standards.
- You have working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 etc.)
- Discovering solutions on your own is how you operate but youre interested in learning & not afraid to ask for help
- Most importantly youre a team player and you never stop being curious learning and improving every day.
- You live within driving distance to Morehead KY now or will before you start if selected.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality assurance assistants typically have a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to:
-Ensuring that the companys standards for quality are being followed
-Inspecting final output and compare properties to requirements
-Reviewing work performance to ensure that it meets the companys standards for quality
-Identifying potential problems with products
-Assisting with production schedules budgets and time lines to ensure that projects are completed on time
-Assisting with research to identify trends and patterns in customer complaints or other problems that may indicate a problem with the product or service

-Strong attention to detail and quality
-Works systematically keeping track of activities and monitoring process of plans
-Ability to learn new skills quickly
-Demonstrate high standard of organizational and communication skills

Education & Preferred Certifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
MS Office ISO 9000 IPC 600-620 ESD Knowledge of Inventory/Picking Shipping Quality Certs
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time annual salary with full benefits. LOCATION: Morehead KY. On-site.
REPORTING TO: Director of Quality Assurance.
