OurMBA Internshipis a 10-week summer experience designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in key business areas with a focus onStrategyPeople Finance or Technologyfunctions. You will gain industry exposure be integrated into our business work on high-impact projects and tackle real-world challenges building on your previous professional and academic experiences.
What Youll Do:
- Own and execute a strategic project that addresses a key business challenge
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization
- Conduct market research data analysis and modeling to support decision-making
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Engage in networking mentorship and professional development opportunities
Who You Are:
- First year MBA candidate currently enrolled in business school
- 3-10 years operational experience in Strategy People Finance or Technology functions

- A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for the beverage industry
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated in previous work and extracurricular activities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
