About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Product Manager (IC) to lead core consumer healthcare experiencesfrom first touch to visit completion and follow-up. Youll define product strategy shape intuitive patient and provider journeys and launch high-impact features that scale.

This role offers high ownership and visibility perfect for someone with excellent product judgment polished execution and the ability to thrive in fast-moving complex environments.

What Youll Do

Own the consumer roadmap and drive outcomes (activation visit conversion CSAT/NPS retention).
Define a clear product vision and north-star metrics; translate strategy into sequenced bets and PRDs.
Partner with Design to craft high-polish user-centric experiences with attention to detail.
Collaborate with clinicians operations and engineering to model real-world workflows (including no-shows reschedules insurance issues escalations).
Ship iteratively: prototype test and launch 01 features; measure impact double down or pivot quickly.
Build for reliability and trust with guardrails fallbacks and humane error states.
Run discovery through research usability testing workflow shadowing and data analysis (dashboards SQL).
