We are seeking a driven and professional Sales Consultant to join our pre-owned sales team at BMW of Fort Lauderdale part of the Holman Automotive Group. BMW of Fort Lauderdale is a premier destination for luxury automotive sales and were looking for professionals who can uphold this standard. As a Sales Consultant you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Demonstrate and explain the features performance and benefits of BMW vehicles in our showroom and on the road as well.
Stay up to date on the latest BMW models technology and market trends.
Assist customers in every step of the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase.
Work with the Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize the sale ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchasing process.
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for the sale and registration of the vehicle.
Make arrangements for vehicle delivery and coordinate registration to ensure a smooth handoff to the customer.
Attend and complete manufacturer and company training programs to maintain product expertise and adhere to brand and Holman standards.
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
What Were Looking for:
High School Diploma and one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior experience in premium or luxury sales is highly preferred.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Basic math skills including the ability to add subtract multiply and divide. Must also be able to compute rates ratios and percentages with accuracy.
A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

This is a commission eligible role and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3000-$10000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
