Job Description:
The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) supports physicians and healthcare staff by performing both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient care delivery.
- Works under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor and/or Practice Manager.
- Handles front- and back-office duties in a fast-paced paediatric/adolescent medical setting.
- Prepares patients for exams records vital signs assists with procedures and documents care in EMR.
- Coordinates tests follow-up care and patient education.
- Anticipates patient needs ensures safety and delivers a positive patient experience.
- Provides care across all age groups with a focus on pediatrics.
