As a Recruiting Senior Professional in the Talent Acquisition team you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring the business is staffed with quality hires. You will partner with senior management HR and finance to anticipate future needs and strategize pipelines. You will act as a subject matter expert providing guidance on recruitment processes and controls and proactively sharing innovative solutions. You will deliver a positive candidate experience educate candidates on career growth and support diversity goals. You will utilize recruitment platforms and market data to drive successful hiring outcomes.
