DescriptionYou will be joining the Enterprise Architecture (EA) division at Euroclear a leading post-trade financial market infrastructure.
The EA division is an experienced and multi-disciplinary group of architects responsible for:
Defining the enterprise architecture directions & standards aligned to the company strategies & goals;
Defining the investment plan to develop or transform technology roadmap and the IT capabilities supporting the business units strategies;
You will be joining our Digital Engagement squad in charge of managing the architecture for digital engagement capabilities (i.e. digital channels customer management). As an Enterprise Architect you will guide the implementation of our Corporate & IT strategy and IT transformation by defining and managing the enterprise architecture for this area.
- Enable Strategy: Analyse business and tech trends assess technologies identify gaps and propose improvements and solutions.
- Guide Implementation: Track progress manage technology debt and ensure alignment with roadmaps.
- Support Delivery: Define architecture standards reference architecture patterns principles and guardrails and collaborate with teams to ensure consistency.
- Advise Stakeholders: Offer expert guidance on strategy delivery and transformation.
- Grow the Practice: Continuous improvement of architecture and delivery of the architecture services in cooperation with other architects in positive environment.
- Degree in business IT or engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years in enterprise or solution architecture or software development or related area.
- Good understanding and knowledge of business and technology operating models strategic planning and cost-benefit analysis security and risk management information and data management systems development methodologies and agile principles and frameworks and/or IT service delivery infrastructure and operations.
- Proficiency in cloud computing event-driven systems data management and application integration.
- Proven experience with digital transformation initiatives technology platform integration and aligning IT with business strategies.
- Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with strong analytical and planning skills.
- Financial services experience and TOGAF certification knowledge of architectural frameworks and tools are a plus.
