Nico & Vali in Plymouth MI is looking for one server/shift manager to join our 37 person strong team. We are located on 744 Wing Street. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter ambitious and engaged.
This position would include some serving shifts as well as some managerial shifts.
Must be available to work a combination of some lunch shifts night shifts weekends and some holidays.

Shift Manager Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed to standards.
- Monitor staff performance provide feedback and coach them to improve their skills.
- Train new hires on company procedures safety and service standards.
- Manage shift schedules including attendance and tardiness.
- Ensure a positive and high-quality guest experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a timely and courteous manner.
- Promote a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Must have previous full service dining experience as well as some management experience.
- Bartending experience is a plus!
