About the Role:

As a Travel Customer Support youll be the first point of contact for clients ensuring every interaction is smooth and positive. With your communication skills patience and problem-solving ability youll help create meaningful customer experiences for users across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to customers through phone email and chat on inquiries issues and general support requests
Guide users with clear accurate information about products and services
Handle updates changes and issue resolution promptly and professionally
Keep detailed and organized records of customer interactions to maintain service quality
Stay current with company policies procedures and updates to deliver reliable support
Collaborate with colleagues and share feedback to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2 level)
Proficiency in English (B2 level)
EU Citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in call centers or support roles
Strong problem-solving multitasking and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
