We are looking for a Revenue Operations & Salesforce Specialist to join our Finance team in Bucharest. In this role you will take ownership of our commercial systems driving improvements in processes data quality and decision-making

What will you do as a Revenue Operations Specialist

• Serve as the technical product owner for CRM (Salesforce) and Contract Lifecycle Management.

• Drive configurations optimization and workflows of commercial tools.

• Oversee and execute maintenance and enhancements of system integrations.

• Manage and optimize processes to ensure accuracy consistency and reliability of data.

• Develop sales and go-to-market reporting both in Salesforce and PowerBI.

• Configure and optimize reporting views in Azure database to ensure efficient and reliable Power BI reporting.

• Lead and support technical enablement and training ensuring users adopt and maximize the platforms capabilities.

Our expectation for you:

We are looking for someone with prior experience in CRM development as well as in data management & reporting. Ideally you cover all these requirements however we are also open to candidates who have strong experience in some areas and are eager and motivated to learn the other:

• Understanding of data structures and process automation including objects fields workflows and validation rules.

• Solid knowledge of reporting/BI tools (Power BI experience is a strong plus).

• Practical experience with SQL for database querying and reporting or with another coding language.

• Fluency in working with data and analytics to support decision-making.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and configurations.

• Proficiency in working with MS Excel

• Experience in technical enablement through training and communication.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in B2B SaaS

• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or contract repository tools

This is a full-time position with a salary range of 5500-8000 RON/net per month. This is a hybrid role and candidate is expected to be based in Bucharest.
