Shift: Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Using your expertise in Google Sheets and Docs you will:
- Identify and rectify overpayments using employee schedules timecards and absences.
- Align shifts with pay by detecting errors between working hours and schedule reports.
- Process shift change requests to maintain an up-to-date staffing profile.
- Approve and reject holiday requests based on set allocation percentages and maintain holiday reports.
- Complete timecard compliance reports to ensure management sign-offs.
- Update the Site Staff Master for accurate headcounts including new starters and leavers.
- Manage key compliance reports such as PWW Reports and Working Time Directive reports.
- Oversee outstanding and overbooked holiday balances.
- Send bonus emails across all sites.
- Approve team member timecards and conduct overtime incentive checks.
- Provide regular site-based email updates to employees.
- Conduct health and safety learning conversation checks and RIDDOR compliance monitoring.
- Maintain non-production logs for new starter inductions and training.
- You will also be responsible for face-to-face interactions phone email and Yapster communications
