Required Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or closely related field.
- Four (4) years of related experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop implement and maintain policy process and procedures for the IT HelpDesk. Supervise and direct assigned personnel.
Coordinates use of facilities and secures materials equipment and other supportive services as needed to facilitate programs
Leads or participates in various projects.
Attend and conduct staff meetings to exchange information discuss and resolve problems or issues.
Creates and maintains various reports and records.
Researches analyzes and recommends adjustments for areas that need improvements
Provide input to develop and maintain overall IT policies procedures and manuals.
Other duties and special projects as assigned and directed by the President or their designee.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work in a multi-task environment.
- Ability to develop and meet goals is required.
- Must have knowledge of hardware and software operating systems and have the ability to perform specialized technical work.
- The ability to apply specialized technical or professional principles and practices in the solution of problems.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and be flexible to meet the demands of the College.
