Job Summary

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or closely related field.
  • Four (4) years of related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop implement and maintain policy process and procedures for the IT HelpDesk. Supervise and direct assigned personnel.

  • Coordinates use of facilities and secures materials equipment and other supportive services as needed to facilitate programs

  • Leads or participates in various projects.

  • Attend and conduct staff meetings to exchange information discuss and resolve problems or issues.

  • Creates and maintains various reports and records.

  • Researches analyzes and recommends adjustments for areas that need improvements

  • Provide input to develop and maintain overall IT policies procedures and manuals.

  • Other duties and special projects as assigned and directed by the President or their designee.


Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work in a multi-task environment.
  • Ability to develop and meet goals is required.
  • Must have knowledge of hardware and software operating systems and have the ability to perform specialized technical work.
  • The ability to apply specialized technical or professional principles and practices in the solution of problems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and be flexible to meet the demands of the College.
