Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT) EWT supports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience.

Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents detects responds and mitigates cyber-risk protecting EY and client data and our information management systems.

The opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Consultant/Specialist plays a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. This role involves supporting sourcing interviewing and hiring efforts while collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs. The consultant is responsible for refining recruitment strategies conducting market research and enhancing candidate experience. Additionally this role involves data analysis process improvement and ensuring compliance with best hiring practices.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing interviewing reference checks and offer extensions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates using various online channels job boards and networking strategies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews developing relevant interview questions with hiring managers.
  • Plan and execute interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Prepare job offer materials ensuring alignment with job specifications and organizational guidelines.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment reports tracking key hiring metrics and market trends to improve hiring strategies.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and other hiring events to attract top talent.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and best practices to optimize efficiency.
  • Participate in special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience including at least 1 year in recruitment.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques recruitment strategies interview processes and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ideally youll also have

  • Strong verbal and written communication facilitation relationship-building presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Be highly flexible adaptable and creative.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
