The bigger picture

Were looking for a temporary Business Solutions Specialist to join our Member Contact Centre team in Regina until July 2026. You will be responsible for proactively supporting our business members in their everyday banking needs including providing holistic solutions and advice.

How youll be spending your time

Supporting the financial success of our business members
Proactively evaluating and recommending cash management solutions and other value-add services available for business members
Managing account openings implementing new solutions and providing day to day technical support
Answering all incoming communication from the shared email inbox and Member Contact Center Business support line
Supporting Virtual Business Advisors and Business Advisor teams with administrative reporting and technical support as needed
Mitigating risk to business members and Conexus by identifying potential fraudulent activity
Completing Lending 360 entries for credit cards
Developing and maintaining effective vendor relationships

The experience you bring

At least 2 years experience in the financial industry with demonstrated business acumen
Previous experience in member-based financial advising

Salary Range:

$56210 - $70260 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
