Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Checking compliance and data integrity with the limits set forth by government and Customs.

检查合规性与数据完整性确保符合政府及海关设定的限制要求

Follow up and update shipment from/to overseas.

跟进并更新海外进出口货物的运输状态

Apply/modify/close Customs permission and certificates forecast import duty/VAT coordinates and administrate import and export Customs clearance.

申请/修改/关闭海关许可及证书预估进口关税/增值税协调并管理进出口清关流程

Check or upload the materials receive in system before arrival.

在货物到港前检查或上传系统接收的材料

Invoice in SAP and tax authority after fulfill delivery condition or as need submit shipping documents to clients or departments for payment collection.

在SAP中开具发票并在满足交货条件或需要时向税务部门提交将运输单据提交给客户或相关部门以收取款项

Complies with company policies procedures and management standards and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

遵守公司的政策程序和管理标准并确保在职责范围内符合所有适用的法律法规

Requirements:

0-4 years working experience.
Good self-learning ability willing to work hard following project from beginning to end.
Good teamwork attitude good English on writing and speaking.
Good communication skills.
