Shift: 5x8s (Evenings) Every other weekend & holiday required No OT or call
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $35 $40 per hour ($1312.50 $1500 weekly)

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking LPN Long Term Carefor an exciting job in Montour Falls NY.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and support during evening shifts in alignment with facility protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
Accurately document patient care activities and maintain up-to-date medical records.
Assist with admissions discharges and transfers as needed.
Maintain a safe clean and organized environment for patients and staff.
Respond promptly to patient needs while maintaining compassionate communication with patients and families.
Follow infection control and safety procedures consistently.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a long-term care or similar clinical setting.
Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of New York.
Ability to work evening shifts with alternating weekends and holidays.
Strong communication organizational and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
