The opportunity

Our Audit practice is one of the most trusted respected and influential organization in the industry. Its structured into three Sub-Groups based on the industry we serve (Core Shipping Financial Services and Insurance) you will join one of them and will start developing your Business Skills from day one. Also you will be part of a team in which you will be using these skills and experience to give companies investors and regulators confidence in the validity of financial statements and provide meaningful insights into both accounting and reporting matters and business-critical information or processes.

Your Journey during the Selection Process

• You will assess your skills through technical and personality assessments
• 1st Interview with HR Representatives to get to know you better and conduct in-depth analysis of your Career Development at EYs Audit practice
• 2nd Physical Interview with Audit Representatives in which you will gain a better understanding of what makes EYs Audit practice unique and acknowledged as a market leader
• Feedback on your application

Your Onboarding Experience as a successful candidate

• Designated Buddy and Counselor of your team will welcome you and help you to get familiarized with the organization
• 2 weeks full of physical trainings and e-learnings on Audit processes
• You will start immediately your Professional Qualification (ACCA/ACA/JES/AMP)

Your key responsibilities

As a Junior Professional you will work on various Audit projects in different industries and in parallel you will be influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire sectors such as:

• Hands-on participation in regulatory driven reviews and reporting business process and controls advice
• Full cycle of Auditing processes by following all steps that firm and industry define

• Build strong relationships with EY clients Build a strong technical background by collaborating with experienced professionals across Audit teams

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you should have

• A bachelor and/or masters degree in Accounting Finance Economics Business Administration or other relevant field of study
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Eligibility to travel in accordance with client and other job requirements both locally and internationally

Ideally youll also have

• Working towards gaining one of the professional accountancy qualifications or strong commitment to start working towards one
