About the Role
Healthcare Plus is seeking a Caregiver Payroll Support Specialist to join our Pilsen branch team. This role is key to supporting caregivers case supervisors and clients while ensuring payroll accuracy and smooth office operations. You will assist caregivers with timesheet issues verify hours for payroll and provide friendly reliable customer service both in person and over the phone.
This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented organized and motivated to help others in a professional office setting.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and record caregiver hours for payroll.
Assist staff with missed punches scheduling concerns and clock-in/out methods.
Communicate with caregivers by phone and in person about payroll questions.
Input timesheets maintain accurate files and prepare reports for supervisors.
Distribute payroll checks and assist with check stubs W-2s and employment verification.
Collaborate with case supervisors and payroll teams to ensure smooth processes.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills with a friendly professional attitude.
Comfortable using the phone and assisting staff in person.
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail Docs Sheets Slides).
Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy office.
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are preferred but not required.
