Your role and tasks

We are currently looking for a skilled Pricing Specialist who will play a central role in guiding and supporting ABBs pricing strategy and sales organization. If you have a commercial background market understanding and want an exciting job with great responsibility and trust now is the time to apply. Your main responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of pricing strategies to optimize profit and market share.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring to guide and inform pricing decisions.
• Own and oversee NPV (Net Price Variance) calculations as a core pricing tool.
• Maintain and update pricing templates ensuring correct setup and data quality.
• Deliver pricing tools recommendations and dashboards to support sales teams.
• Administer bonuses and Charge Back agreements.
• Coordinate and communicate price changes internally and externally.
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Economics Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in pricing strategy market analysis and sales collaboration.
• Proficient analytical skills and comfort working with ERP/pricing systems.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable pricing insights.
• Experience with Vistex and handling SPA/CB processes.
• Structured detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Curious motivated mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Skilled communication and stakeholder management abilities.
