Madison College is seeking a Reporting & Analysis Coordinator to join the team within Early College. This position supports student service operations by managing system functionality optimizing processes and enhancing the use of technology to improve service delivery and student success.
The Reporting & Analysis Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate systems troubleshooting issues analyzing data and recommending improvements that strengthen access to resources and overall student engagement. It also provides training for faculty staff and students to ensure effective use of technology and represents student affairs on cross-functional teams to align services with institutional priorities.
The successful candidate will bring knowledge of student services advising processes and campus technologies along with strong skills in data analysis process evaluation training and collaboration.
