More systems are being developed and delivered for Type 26 and Type 31 frigates. We have additional Maritime UK sites across Burgess Hill Barrow-In-Furness and Portchester. What the role will involve
Reporting directly to the L3Harris Maritime UK Managing Director the Head of Programme Delivery & Performance will be accountable for the delivery of contracted Warship Submarine and Autonomy programmes ensuring customer commitments are executed to time cost and quality. You will be the senior programme leader in the Maritime UK organisation as well as the senior point of contact for the UK and international customers.
Working alongside the Programme Management Excellence (PMX) Finance and Operations teams you will drive internal performance measurement and reporting including chairing Programme Management Reviews to ensure strategic objectives and financial targets are achieved.
You will also provide leadership of the Maritime UK Programme Management function supporting the ongoing development of the Project and Programme Managers and working alongside the PMX team to ensure appropriate qualifications and training plans are in place.
This is a senior programme leadership role with real impact shaping how we deliver L3Harris Maritime capabilities to our customers and driving continuous improvement in programme performance. You will also deputise for the Managing Director as required.
