• Essential Project Ownership: Become the architectural backbone of our core product. Your code will directly manage the autonomous operations of our intelligent fridges (smart kiosks) in real-time.

Tasks

• Develop and Optimize Core Platform: Architect develop and maintain our central backend cloud applicationthe operational brain of our smart kiosks and the foundation of all business functions.
• Build High-Value Features: Design and extend critical functionalities APIs and microservices to support continuous business growth and new customer solutions.
• Deep Hardware-Software Integration: Serve as the crucial link between the electronics team and the cloud accompanying product development to ensure perfect synchronization and data flow between hardware and backend.
• Automation and Infrastructure: Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using tools like Ansible ensuring reliability and scalability of the platform.
• Establish best practices and ensure code quality under the guidance of our software lead

Requirements

• Exceptional Foundation: Strong academic record and deep understanding of programming principles (ideally in Computer Science or a related technical field).
• Technical Proficiency: Solid proven knowledge of NodeJS and cloud application development.
• Automation Familiarity: Experience or familiarity with infrastructure automation tools particularly Ansible is a strong advantage.
• Growth Mindset: Genuine interest in leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools and learning new programming paradigms.
• Communication: Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
