AI Automations Engineer

looking for an AI Automations Engineer to help us shape the future by bringing
automation and artificial intelligence into the heart of our business.

Tasks

To further increase our efficiency and competitiveness LoadUp is doubling down
on automation and AI.

We want someone whos hands-on experimental and excited to ship solutions quickly - even if theyre not perfect from day one.

What Youll Do

• Co-Implement our comprehensive automation and AI strategy for LoadUp
  Prototype test and deploy solutions - fast iterations over perfection
• Design concepts for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and other
  AI technologies into business processes
• Identify and evaluate the right tools and tech stacks for automation and AI
  applications
• Support the rollout of pilot projects and automation solutions
• Document and present strategies concepts and implementation steps
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Development teams to ensure
  practical scalable and sustainable solutions

Requirements

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Science Business Informatics Data Science AI or a
  comparable field
• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning and
  automation technologies
• A genuine interest in LLMs and automation tools
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n Make Zapier etc.
• Familiarity with our tech stack: JavaScript (TypeScript) and Python
• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• Independence initiative and team spirit
• Good command of English and best case also German
